The “Breathe” exhibition of paintings by Georgie Mason with my sculptures, which was planned for April at Lavenham Hall was cancelled due to the crisis. We will now be holding the exhibition – retitled “Breath Again” over the August Bank Holiday weekend – Friday 28-Monday 31 August. There will be no preview party but we hope as many as possible come for a wander around the garden with a glass and to see the show over the weekend. E-mail invites will be sent nearer the time.
Seascapes is an exhibition of paintings by John Waterson – a hugely talented landscape artist from St Neots for whom this is his first gallery exhibition. The exhibition will be held at Kate Denton Fine Art – 98-99 The High Street Lavenham, CO10 9PZ. The gallery, which is next to The Swan Hotel, is shared by Kate Denton and Jonathan Lambert Jewellers. The exhibition will run from Saturday 21/9 to Saturday 4/10, 10:30-5:00. Please note it is not open on Sundays or Mondays. The exhibition will also feature recent sculpture and drawings by Kate.
Life Force is an exhibition of sculpture and drawings – will be at The Royal Showground in Jersey from 19th -28th April (11:00 to 5:30 daily) with a preview on the evening of 18th April. This will be my final show in Jersey and will include both animal / figurative work and the Icarus series.
